Mine has been like that since day one. We did mention it to the service writer so it would be documented but they didn't seem to care about it.
Yes, I have the same problem. I brought it to the dealer for that and the 5,000 mile service. He agreed tehre was a problem. He said they would be done in 1 1/2 hours with it. 2 hours later I checked and they hadn't even got it in the shop yet, so I got my keys back and left. I won't be back to that dealer. I stopped by another dealer and will bring it in this week.

Anyone else have this issue, or have the dealer "Fix" it? If the dealer fixed them, I am curious about what they did. Both my driver and pass seat grind when moving sliding them back and fourth. It doesn't really bother me, I just don't want there to be an expensive fix down the road. I also want to avoid a dealer touching my car if at all possible.

I thought this was just me. I took my 14 LTD to the dealer for the 5000 mile service (read: WASTE OF TIME) and when I got it back the 5' 5" porter had moved my seat. When I moved it back I felt it clunk near the end of the track. Does this forward and backward, but only near the last 3" or 4" of track. Don't recall it when I bought the vehicle.
Looked around a while couldn't see anything obvious (obstructions, etc) so I was gonna take it in. Still may but I dont want to just waste time at the dealer (our local dealers arent that great, I bought the 4R 30+ miles from the house).
Anyone take this problem in for repairs, and what was the outcome?
Wonder if it has anything to do with the CRAPPY flawed fold-down design for the back seats. We folded them down for a trip to MI but to get clearance you have to put the front seats forward to where it's borderline uncomfortable to drive. I backed mine up a bit, but was careful not to go too far.
My 4R, like my wife's Corolla, has some design snafus that makes one wonder what the engineers were thinking. The fold down rear seat is one. Just make the headrests removable in back and problem solved. My Ford was like that, I could put the drivers seat all the way back with back seats flat.
To that end, the pass seat needs a vertical adjustment. My 6' 5" boss can barely get into that side, he has to hunch down.
The 4R is awesome, but they only got the "functionality factor" design about 90% right. Needs steel bumpers too, since it's a truck.

What I've learned about power seats is that if any debris, small or large gets in the rail track, you'll experience noise.
My '14 4 Runner is not exactly whisper-quite, but not as loud as my '06 Avalon.
