If I lived in Vegas or Arizona I definitely would not purchase a V8 4Runner, they are way underpowered in the heat.

I don't know how much hp you lose with the AC on but based on my experiences it seems like a lot. When driving through the desert heat to Vegas I almost have to step on the gas all the way to the floor just to merge onto the freeway or trying to pass when going uphill. Under normal conditions...

You could probably dust him if it was snowing. On many of my snowboarding trips this past winter I was easily passing SRT8s, Cayennes, and many other SUVs with more HP up the mountain.

I have a V8 that's over 1 yrs old (10k miles) and I still get that smell you described. Since there are no maintenance lights turning on or any smoke I just ignore it.

Those tires look too redneck for the 4Runner.
