Yeah, it looks like I can unscrew and remove the end caps, but where can I buy end caps like the ones in my picture?

I bought some OEM running boards off craigslist but it turns out the end caps match up to wheel flares. Problem is my 2002 4Runner doesn't have wheel flares, oops. Is it possible to replace the end caps with these?
