Yep - no emissions testing and a permanent vehicle registration - the joys of a 25 year old T4R. As far as engine and tranny go, I believe I'll stick with my stock 4 banger and 5 speed; assuming, that is, that inspections of all the important pieces-parts don't turn up any fatal issues.....

I've noticed the same issue. I enjoy the pictures, but I think too many posters just snap and upload without regard to the pixel size of their photos. If only the admins would enable auto-resizing to keep them to a reasonable width....

Just picked up my 2gen T4R. Pretty solid truck w/ minor dents and dings. Mechanicals seem solid, but I'll be tearing into it and replacing what needs replaced, fixing what needs fixed, and upgrading what needs upgraded. I'll start a build thread if progress justifies (and I remember to get...
