Wow. One hell of a ride!! anyways I just started a new thread about something that is similar. You might be able to use the same device and do all three. The kit has a USB, 3.5mm port, and a Ipod port. Looks like it would work depending on your HU.

when I updated mine, the unit recognizes a new version disc and takes a few minutes to update. after that it works great.

So any update on the trim piece?? I just got off the phone with the Parts Department for Tom Scott Toyota here in Boise and the parts lady could not find anything on the 09 Urban Runner trim. I told her that I would print the install picture off and bring it in. I will post an update later.
