I was aware the seats are different mounts to the floor . I was referring to the cushion and its little frame , one that comes out with the 4 little bolts and the seat pops off the actual frame . Thanks anyways though .

I've heard of those before. Are those covers 2 piece ? Last set of covers I ordered were one piece and the back was about 3 inches to long and you couldn't pull the back part down into the seat crevice and looked awful.

The time has come to deal with this rust spot . I know the wx stripping comes off where the main window goes down but , anyone know if the small ( draft ) window needs to come out to get at this metal ? It ( chip ) originated from a rock so its not coming from the inside and think I can save it...

I'm at 492,000 KM now and my rear axle seal just went . Pretty decent mileage for seals . This truck's been awesome actually.

Since this post popped up, thought I would update what I did . I bought some stainless steel wool and stuffed it into the openings that are by the hood hinges. I had a feeling that's where they were sneaking in through and into the heater duct. Not a single mouse since . Cheers :wave:
