Hi, people I've seen several threads in how to disactivate the DRL system but I have a 99 4Runner without it. My question is.... Is there any way other then get the DRL module? or if I buy that module, will be a plug-n-play mod? I really love how 4Runner looks like with DRL. Any help please...
