Hi, people I've seen several threads in how to disactivate the DRL system but I have a 99 4Runner without it. My question is.... Is there any way other then get the DRL module? or if I buy that module, will be a plug-n-play mod? I really love how 4Runner looks like with DRL. Any help please :bigok: :bigok:

here is a cheaper solution, just turn your headlights on when you drive.

145 views and no answers means that nobody has an answer for. The forum is not being rude or nasty. If someone knew an easy way to do it, they would say or it would be on this forum already.
I will tell you that DRLs have a completely different wiring design. Service manuals have two different wiring schematics for the headlights, non-drl and with drl. It will not be a simple matter of plug-and-play.
