Its a 92 automatic. I messed witht he windshild wiper a little cause someone said it may have something to do with that (not sure why) and it actually worked like 2-3 times. then it stopped... and it wont do it again. Im assuming it has nothign to do with the motor since it goes down but i know...

Hey my dome lights are not working, just bought a 4 runner and whoever put in the stereo jimy rigged it and i think it messed up the wiring i have no idea where to even start to look for the issue. also seems that everytime i try to put in a stereo it blows the fuses any advise on what to do?
