I do, but I don't think I've got another coast-to-coast road trip in me this spring/summer. Spring upgrade is my next project after my 996 engine rebuild.

Unfortunately Alpine is still using the WVGA display. Pioneer looks like the better option now.

Those floating Pioneers look a little wider (but shorter) with the buttons on the side versus the Alpine having the buttons on the bottom. So probably looks even better installed since you'll have less empty space on the sides.

Delivery is finally scheduled for this Friday (6/21). That'll make it an even 18 weeks from my order confirmation (2/15) for a stealth no-rise with sunroof cutout (no insert).

I'm really happy with it, and would order again. Obviously a good chunk of change for something you touch twice per drive. Rock solid feel. Easy install. Ellis Precision Joel was great on the custom etching.

Managed to install my Ellis Precision shift knobs before the Whalers/Hurricanes get swept by the Bruins.

Nicely done. If you're wondering about that low frequency hum without the wind fairing, it's due to vortex shedding: Vortex Shedding Probably some difference between the lightbar/multi-light and rise/no-rise options. Might need to test out my Gobi when it (hopefully) shows up next month.
