Yes I did fix it... my problem was the wiring harness off the diagnostics plug . The diagnostic plug is located under the hood, attached to the fuse box.. it was worn throgh and a bare wire would hit the inner wheel well intermittently and pop the fuse. I know a short in the o2 sensor...

yeah I had that part of the harnedd pulled back through the engine compartment and inspected in thourghly... turns out the taped wires going to the diagnostic plug, located on the on the fuse box in the engine compartment, had worn through the tape and right though a wire... Got it all fixed up...
