1990 EFI problem

:bash: I am having a problem with my truck. Its a 1990 4runner, 4 cyl, 5 spd.
It keeps popping the EFI fuse as soon as you try to turn the truck over.. I don't have a wiring diagram, or a service manual.. I tried the local shops yesterday, but it had to be ordered.

I tried a spare EFI seliniod, not the issue.
I check the wiring to the sending unit in the tank and it is fine from under the drivers seat to the unit itself. I also put power to the sending unit and it is working. It sounds like a dead short to me but I can't figure it out. If anyone has a wiring diagram and could let me know what else runs on that circuit or any other suggestions that would be great.

thanks

Yes I did fix it...

my problem was the wiring harness off the diagnostics plug . The diagnostic plug is located under the hood, attached to the fuse box.. it was worn throgh and a bare wire would hit the inner wheel well intermittently and pop the fuse.

I know a short in the o2 sensor wiring can casue the same thing too... so check that as well. MOre then likely its a short somewhere.

Good luck.
