For all that matters I was hit on the drivers side by a keep Cherokee running a red light almost dead center. The factory running boards on that trail premium took most of the collision's first impact and probably helped me walk away with no major injuries. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes it was an easy fix. No bolts to remove. The cover pops out and roof rails slide out. More annoying were the scratches when they took off the covers to paint the rack and rails and did not use painters tape or something like that's before using whatever tool they used to dislodge the rail...

The guys who removed and re-installed the roof rack were not careful and did not tape the side up before before popping the roof rack covers off, and left it all messed up. Pretty amateur move by them but it was fixed later on by them. Another thing they did was that they turned the roof rack...
