305-65-18 (33.7x12.5x18) on a 98 T4R with OME 2.5 lift

Can I put 305-65-18 BFG ATs with a rockstar 18x9 0 offset wheel on a 98 4Runner with a 2.5-3" suspension lift?

**edit** just saw its for a 98 runner, which should make the whole process easier. I think you might need a small body lift to squeeze those in but im NOT SURE
