Couldn't resist sharing some 32's!

I'm jealous of the ground clearance!

Me too! Too bad there is no articulation so you can forget about actually driving those things. I wonder how long they will go until they have to replace the steering rack and all the other parts!

Im sure some of them guys say the the exact same thing, when they see pix of our rigs

I doubt they puke every time they'd see a off road 4wd but maybe the extreme ones but this car fad is simply is for looks only and severly hampers the intended performance;it's a fad to get attention and nothing more. Real car guys don't destroy performance cars for the sake of looks IMO;those people are a different breed.

ummm we have many on here, that lift, put bigger wheels/tires, put on a after market bumper, roof rack etc just to have a "look" or look like a wheeler, or as I call them a "POSER" lol
many even on here, lift thier rig just the sake of looks, and have never seen a trail. Nothing wrong with it, after all, its thier vehicle, their money, they can do as they wish.
I do agree with you on the rest but, I didnt say that they "puke" when they see our rigs. :guitar3:

I don't care for 4runners either (especially 4wd) shod with oversize wheels and then adding brushguards, tailightguards and off road lights to the 20"+ rims is a fad I think is a bit silly and those people are mostly into the show and not the go and their background in most cases aren't the same guys you meet at the race track.

These types of trucks are real popular in Colorado and rarely go beyond the paved road.

I'd be embarrassed to drive this truck and is more of an "I want attention" vehicle than anything else.

I really hate form over function thinking and the car world is dominated by these people.

The problem with that viewpoint, 04rnr, is that you have no idea what those vehicles you've seen are used for when you DON'T see them--many of those so-called "posers" may take nice vacations off the beaten path, and just keep them clean and shiny when they're tooling around the rest of the time. Unlike those utterly-useless 32's, which have no redeeming qualities whatsoever, all that gear you described on those trucks greatly increases their potential, even if they only use if on rare occasions.

Ooooh. I thought I was gonna see tubs and 32" Mickey Thompson's.

What the hell is wrong with people?

Sorry, I didn't mean to make you guys sick! I just couldn't believe it... I've seen things like Impalas on 22's, but those 32's shocked me!

I lifted mine for utility purposes, I needed the extra bit of strength and lift for all the **** I haul.
