0-20 wt or 5-20 wt oil?

Question;2011 4.0 motor,says to use 0/20 oil,but you can use 5/20,but next change of oil must be back to 0/20does anyone do this,or can you just keep on using the 5/20 for all future oil changes....P.S.got this info in the owners manual,pg 616:thanks:
