00 4runner auto trans problems

I have a 2000 4 runner and it drives great untill you press the Extra power button for the trans and turn the high beams on then the trans will slip like it is in Neutral (the shifter is still in drive)

as long as the High beams are off and that button is not pressed it drives normall.

This is driving me crazy, any help would be awsome!

Turn off the ECT button then.

That is a flummoxing question, no doubt about it. Some sort of electrical problem I would guess.
