00 4runner Head Unit Swap?

Found out the CD player on my head unit is shot... just keeps kicking out the cds.

I was looking for advice on what I could put in this spot. Questions if anyone can help:

- the plug to the radio.. how many pins is it and would a toyota factory cd changer from another/newer toyota work?

- any recommendations on replacement units? looking for something with an ipod interface, sirius and 6 discs.
