Yes on the LED tails, those are the exact ones I have in my 96. Plug n Play, just have to take out the old harness from your existing ones and plug in the new ones, very easy.

The smoked 3rd brake light I also have, the smoked one. I would recommend ebay for both of those though, much much cheaper. I got my tails for 150 shipped and the 3rd for like 40 shipped.

Most are plastic and have horrible light output, especially the "jdm" or blacked out ones.

These arent headlamps. I think they're plastic but they work extremely well. Ive had someone drive my truck as i followed just to make sure they worked well enough for my standards.

If you didn't get the link, just go to ebaymotors and search for 4runner led tail light; usually one of the first options that pop up. All sorts of combo buys as well; tails+corners, tails+backup leds etc.
