01 gauge cluster in 2000

hi.. new to the forums.. did a search and couldn't find an answer... i just put a gauge cluster from a 01 4runner into my 2000.. i had to change the circuit board on the back, so the plugs would match up... well.. everything seems to work, except

my temp gauge is always on hot,

the abs light stays on,

the parking brak elight stays on whether or not the brake is set,

and finally, when i turn on my hi beams, both signal indicators light up instead of the hi beam indicator

any ideas? or do i just need to find a cluster from a 2000?

im sure its fixable but it definitely would be easier and more reliable to just get a cluster from a 00 model. Hit the junkyards.

i actually happen to have a cluster that is out of a 2000 and i have cluster out of a 2002. i believe the 2000 cluster has about 78000 miles and the 2002 has like 110,000 miles on it. (i think the 2002 has the same connecters as the 2001). if ya wanna save your self a trip to the junkyard then you can contact me.
