01 SR5 115k miles - changing fluids?

I have never changed any fluids aside from oil.

Looking into changing the front/rear ends and trans/transfer.

Any suggestions on a pump to use to add fluid?

Is it time to flush the radiator?

Im at 180 and only oil changes...

Im actually afraid to mess with anything at this point since everything seems to work just fine.
