02 runner tune up

Hey yall! I'm new to this site and am seeking advice on a major tune up on my 02 4runner 4wd. Its got 135000 miles on the clock and as far as I know its never had a major tune up. Car feels more sluggish then it used to and fuel mileage has gone down from 16.5 to 14.5/15 around town. I'm up on fuel filter, new plugs 30,000 miles ago, new timing belt/water pump, <5000 miles ago. Probably original wires and distributer. So give me the complete break down on what I should do for a major tune up of the motor. THanks!!

No check engine light. Starts and sounds good. Most notible is the change in fuel mileage, power loss might just be my imagination.

There is no distributer on our trucks.
Items to consider for your tune-up
1. Factory Toyota Plug wires and plugs
2. Fuel Filter
3. Air Filter
4. Clean MAF sensor
5. Clean throttle body
6. I like to run Lucas Injector cleaner every couple tanks.

Thanks! I'm reading about o2 sensors. Many people who report bad o2 sensor are also getting about 14mpg. After they replaced the 1st o2 sensor (the one in front of the cat) they picked up 2-3mpg. Also a Toyota service guy said that the 02 sensors can go bad without giving a check engine light and that it should be replaced every 75K. I think I'll do plugs, wires, and 02 sensor.

2004 4 runner

I am pretty much in sluggish mode and need to figure out how to get more engine power. I have a 2004 4runner sport and have never had a tune up...but I guess its about time to bite the bullet and get one. Any recommendations would be awesome.
