Personally, I find it hard to believe that the inside is as clean as the ad claims when there isn't a single picture of the inside. Bottom line, 3rd gen with 196K on the clock (stock minus the tires as far as I can tell)...$9500 is a bit much. Realizing the "value" of the brand new tires (if that's the tire your buddy is looking for), I think $7500 is about the max that I would be willing to spend, and, $6-$7K is probably more realistic.
Side note, the sales pitch about starting a new job with a company car and no longer having a need for the car is BS in my opinion. You don't put $900 worth of Mickey Thompson's on a vehicle that you plan on selling. "Something" is wrong with this vehicle and the owner is trying to pass on his problem.
