I’ve got an 02 Thundercloud Sport, and I’m looking for step bars for my wife. The only aftermarket bars that fit are Westin and I think they’re hideous. They hang way too low. I’m looking for a bar that snugs right up, and I don’t want rock sliders because I wouldn’t use them. While researching I came across a thread on the forum from another 02 Thundercloud Sport owner and he had these great Nerf bars the snugged right up. He said that some of the 02 sports came with factory Nerf bars and that’s what they were. I called my dealer and they cannot find them or even get me a part number. I believe they are straight and oval. I would love to find a set of these if anybody could steer me in the right direction.

My 4R came with those when I bought it, but like many others I took them off and got rid of them. Maybe post in the Classified's section and see if someone has the side steps/running boards you're looking for.
They don't have any branding or part number on them that I can recall. And for what it's worth, I felt too tall to use them as a step and they always got my pants dirty.
