02 SR5 Foglights - Need to purchase/install

I have a 2002 SR5 4Runner that does not have Fog Lights, but has the ports in the front of the car to install them. I have had poor experience w/ "floating" fog lights in the past with other cars (getting bent, cracked housing as it's not protected) so I want to use the ports that come w/ the car.

Any suggestions on where to purchase good lights, including the internal switch for the car?

If possible I'd like to get some fairly durable lights, as cracks in the plastic covers not only look bad but distort the light.
