02' what is happening when I come to a stop? Help

I recently replaced my LBJ's with Tacoma ones, same time I had my wheel bearing pressed and replaced that along with rebuilding my camburg UCAs. I went for a test drive after and when coming to a stop, not just breaking but an actual stop my breaks slip and I hear an electronic noise like abs or something... I'm running 35's but have not ever had this problem before all the work I did. Guys at the alignment shop said everything was good to go. What is it? ABS? Something else?

What happens if you take out the abs fuse? I know it wont work, but if it stops well then, at least you know it has to be an abs component or something directly related?
