I would think you need the upper grille blockout and can transfer the other stuff over from your old hood.

Key word is AFTERMARKET...these parts never fit as good as OEM. I wouldn't do it if I were you...

The OEM is $399. The problem is the rest of the hardware and insulation is another $400, then it has to be painted.
