Brand new, in the box (all clips are still in the sealed bag). I bought this for my '05 4Runner, but never used it. I originally made the purchase in preparation for an upcoming trip, but the trip ended up cancelled. The dealer charged $173 plus tax. I'm selling it for $135, I'll even pay for the shipping.
