AFAIK, they don't. If I remember correctly, I believe the dealer told me they were "cut" differently. (Never got to test fit any, so I guess this really didn't answer your question)
I opted for the black all season rubber mats for my '02. I know the '03 and up rubber mats were offered in other colors besides black, but the black turned out really nice.

i dont know about the toyota floor mats i allways get mine a walmart for 5 bucks.... im nopt kidding!!! the ones i have in my 4r are like 8 years old.... and my dad has the same in black... mine are tan... but thats what i would get and not spend 30-60 bucks on toyota floor mats
