03 4wd???

Ok I have a couple of questions?

Do the 2003 V8 sport editions have all full time 4wd, I think that I have read that the 05s do? And if so can someone explain it to me? Does it mean that the car can never be 2wd? Sorry I have never had any experience with 4wd vehicles before.

Yes, full time 4wd. You can never (ever) put it into 2wd on all 4rth gen V8 4x4's....Sports, SR5's, Ltd's, doesn't matter.

You drive around in full-time high-range 4wd, and can select 4low for offroading. The system does it all for you, and biases power to the rear during normal driving, so it behaves much like a 2wd vehicle until you need the extra traction. You will never feel the system shifting around either....it's pretty slick in its operation.
