03 Front Bumper Discoloration...

My girlfriend just noticed some discoloration on her front bumper today. Any idea what causes this or how she could fix it? We're not sure if it's a chemical thing or what.

Looks like a chemical reaction...drive through car wash? Acid rain? Try wash/wax combo and see if that takes it out.

She got it washed since first noticing the marks and unfortunately that didn't fix it...
