Got in a wreck recently and airbags deployed on both driver and passenger sides, and also the driver side hood is pretty roughed up (as well as under it), but the passenger side hood is ok. Was wondering about costs? Any estimate would help in negotiating at a body shop. Thanks!

Not all the time. It depends on if you have the parts available and if you can do some of the work yourself.
You do realize the entire upper dash needs to be replaced after passenger airbag deployment right? The airbag rips through it. I'm pretty sure OEM parts cost for just the 2 airbags, sensors and new dash ends up above $6k. You do not want to reinstall non-oem chinese airbags which may or may not work. You also need to reset parts of the system. It's not a DIY project. The OP didn't make it sound like he wanted to do the work either.
Also at that point the repair shop has already marked your car as salvage, and will have higher insurance costs because of it, assuming it even can be fixed for any kind of reasonable price without taking huge shortcuts. Carfax has already marked the car stating airbag deployment, and good luck trying to find a buyer for it after that. Ask anyone who's bought a salvage car about how much they regret it. I've read many stories on this forum.
Seriously, take the insurance money and buy another car.

I do know all about the air bags, check my signature. I have a 2003 Sport with all the parts to fix the air bag problem. So I am waiting for the OP to PM me.
I do not know how it works in your area and not to get into a big discussion about salvage titles, but in Oklahoma the insurance company declares the status of the title. If you have compressive and collision insurance on your vehicle, the insurance company determines if they are totaling your car. Not a repair shop. If you only carry the state required liability insurance the car is yours to do with what you want, assuming you have no liens.
The car may be worth more to someone like me that has salvage license or the OP could sell the truck as is. If the insurance does buy it or total it, they sell it to recoup their losses, assuming again if the OP has insurance.

Be EXTREMELY careful about what airbags you buy. I would HIGHLY recommend you get factory airbags. DO NOT get Chinese, Re-manufactuered, or anything like that unless there's some serious paperwork that you can hold against the company in the event of a failure; there has been a rash of "cheap airbags" in the past decade that have caused fatalities from spontaneous deployment, improper materials used creating shrapnel, propellant causing burns/fires, ect
