03 V6 slight misfire?

Info:
Have an 03 V6 with about 220k on it. Drives and starts up fine, doesn't misfire on start up, never loses any coolant and has not thrown any codes.
Recent plugs, water pump, thermostat, throttle body and MAF clean...

Symtoms:
When driving at about 40mph and coming to a stop light slowing down, coasting at about 5mph or stopped, the truck will slightly shake/shudder act like it has a slight misfire. Im only posting as this happened yesterday. Issue has happened 3 times within the past 40,000 miles.

-sort of acts like a misfire related to a slight vacuum leak? Like truck might be running lean. But never throws codes so I don't really know. I can hook up tech stream and get fuel trims if that would be healpful...

Any help would be appreciated.

i had some codes and did a few updates then had a slight rough idle. I tried a few simple things with no change, then just unhooked the battery for a hard reset to get the computer to re-train to my new parts. Not sure if that is real, but it seems to have settled back to a good idle.

I would definitely try the hard reset after MAF cleaning and Throttle Bottle replacement. I have seen this fix issues before. I also have to wonder if you have a coil pack going bad and its just not thrown a code yet.

You could be experiencing a component failure where there isn't quite enough activity resulting from failure to pull a cel. A vacuum leak would reflect on fuel trims as would a lean condition. If none of these is the case, fuel trims would reflect that as well

You've posted this same response in numerous topics, at least comment on topic instead of just a rant because you have to do what we all had to do when we joined!

What does the tach drop to when slowing down? When I cleaned my MAF and TB, the tach would drop to under 500rpms, some shudder and roughness. Disconnected the battery, depressed the brake pedal a few times to drain any onboard capacitors, left everything unhooked for 30 minutes and then hooked it back up, went for about a 15 minute drive and now idle is 650-700 and rock steady.
