So my '03 V6 has started making a whispering type noise at idle. You can't hear it inside the cabin, but it's audible outside the truck. Anyone know what it might be? It seems to be coming from the inside of the engine bay near the front.

Edit: The truck still drives normally, no loss of power and at no point do you hear anything unusual inside the cabin.
