As far as I know, neither the factory alarm nor the RS3200 upgrade system have the functionality you're describing. My guess is you have an aftermarket alarm system. Many dealers throw them in the cars before they ever sell them now-a-days.
You're going to need to determine what system you have for anyone here to be able to help you. Tell me this, does your horn honk at any other time (i.e. when you lock/unlock the truck)? Do you have any extra 'alarm' LEDs in the truck? The factory system and RS3200 share the keyless entry light on the right side of the A/C control LCD. If you have any other LEDs in your truck, that's a sure sign you have an aftermarket system.

I have a feeling that this is an aftermarket alarm. The truck came with TOYO Guard which I beleive is unique on a regional basis. The dealer tells me that Toyota Southeast installs these "additional" features at the port of Jacksonville. I did not want it. It was already on the truck when I bought it.
That being said, you make an interesting point of who installed this alarm and the features of it.
Since Tribe is having the same problem at around the same times, could the temperature drop at night trigger something to contract and blow the horn?

Well you didn't answer the most important questions I asked about how your LEDs and horn.
In any case, if you don't want the system, you could always take a shot at removing it. If it's dealer or port installed, I'd say there is a 90% chance that you'll find tucked up in the driver side lower dash. Just remove the two bolts and snap that panel off to have a look. Look for wire taps, or zip ties. They'll lead you to any aftermarket modifications.
Alternatively, if the system was delivered with your new vehicle, try talking to the dealer service manager. It should be covered under your new car warranty. At the very least, they should know how to deactivate the thing.
In any case, if you don't want the system, you could always take a shot at removing it. I installed car audio and alarms for 3.5 years while in college and honestly it sounds like you have a bad alarm brain/computer. These mishaps are very common amoung dealer installed alarms.
I would by all means try to take you vehicle back to the dealer and get that thing taken out completely. Many dealers install those on all vehicles and try to sell them with the premise that they cannot take them out and they are installed on all of their vehicles. They are a huge profit margin for dealerships (average cost for equipment is probably around $25-50 and they mark-up the price to nealy $500.
As far as it being installed at the port, I would call the salesmans bluff since I doubt Toyota would allow for non-OEM parts to be installed on the auto prior to the transfer of ownership to a dealer taking place. Toyota has enough liabilities without adding on aftermarket alarms.
As previously stated, I would take it back to the dealer and tell them to take it out and hand over some cash or at least install the factory alarm (in comparison the cost on that unit is $150 and it is actually quality components). Hope this helps at least provide some basis for argument with the dealer.
