04 floor mats for an 03

I've been using the site to answer some questions i had while i was looking for a 4runner, really helpful stuff. so thanks to everyone.

No reason for them not to. I think all Toyota did was change the style or the ribs or colors for the rubber all weather mats.

The durability of the all weather mats aren't very good. I would suggest Husky or Weathertech liners instead. They are more expensive, but well worth it.

They would definitely fit, but you may have an issue getting them. It seems that every Toyota/Lexus all weather mat is on permanent "backorder" since the recall.

i tried buying those for my 05 last week, they sent me an email saying they could not sell them to me =/ so good luck and if you find a set let me know cuz i NEEEEED some too!

Apparently, people placed the all weather mats on top of the carpet mats, which caused them to not be anchored correctly. As a result, they could slip and cause the accelerator to get stuck. It was the cause of an accident a few months ago.

Oh... i guess i'm not really following... but that's why on my mats they say "Don't place over existing floor mats" - got it.

agreed, if you use 2 mats, both can & should be anchored together. 3 hooks, no slippage. but this is a bit off topic.

choovdog, I got the same email. Did you cancel your order? Im having trouble doing that, I sent them an email yesterday and one just now and tried calling but couldn't get through.

i just emailed them back to the email address they used to tell me they couldnt sell them to me, telling them to cancel the order, then they sent me another email saying its canceled.
