'04 Front bumper removal (Help Needed)

Hey all, I got into a fender bender over a month ago and need to get it replaced. I have 2 options, have a a body shop repair it and then repaint it or buy a whole new bumper. What should i do? I will post pics if need be.

With a few aftermarket bumpers coming on the scene lately, you may find someone on this board or one of the other 4Runner boards with their take-off bumper to sell you.

I'd sell you mine cheap, but you're 7 hours away, and mine's white.

If you are planning to drive to Canada, pass by Toronto and you can have mine. It's black as yours.

Another option, now might be the time to upgrade to the Shockworks or ARB aftermarket bumper.

Most of the guys there are from California area and as far as I remember 1 or 2 of them have black trucks (don't remember exactly).
