04 RUNR stuck rear wiper/non-op rear defrost

The rear wiper on my '04 RUNNER is stuck in the on position. The rear defrost is also non-op. The rear window is all the way up as well. Because the wiper is deployed the window will not function. I activate the rear wiper and frost and nothing happens. Any one know where the fuses/relays for these functions are located? Thought I'd start there. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. 04 4RUNNER rear wiper stuck in run position, rear defroster non-op. Rear window is all the way up. Window will not actuate because rear wiper is deployed. Where are the fuses /relays for these functions located?
