04 SR5 alarm issue

Hello all,

I have an 04 SR5 and have an issue with my alarm that started this weekend. When I unlock the vehicle with the alarm everything is normal (two beeps and headlights), but when I lock the vehicle the doors lock but no beep or headlight flash. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? Thanks!

Check to make sure ALL your door locks are locking! It will not beep if a door lock fails to lock.

I have had 4 door locks fail on my 2003.
