04 V8 Block Heater Install Question

Not sure if this helps at all, but I'd be willing to sell you the OEM block heater I bought a few years ago to use as a replacement. It's been sitting on a shelf waiting to be installed for about 3 years now.

I see some still available online too, but not sure if the dealer meant they couldn't get it here in Canada anymore, or if they meant even if they get it they're not sure if they can re-install it.
