You can put any muffler up there...i would go with either magnaflow or flowmaster...the magnaflow has a straight through design, the flowmaster has chambers in it, but both are more free flowing, the stock muffler just needs to be cut off and this one welded on, not a big job
It is not the easiest way, but talk your local muffler shop into fabricating a setup that goes from flange to flange. Makes for a cleaner final product, and you can go back to stock or something else if you don't like what you picked. Honestly, I think you will love the Dynomax. Check out their site. ( www.dynomax.com ) They designed the Dodge Viper system, and make all the Porsche mufflers. That was enought to sell me!

I just got the Magnaflow oval 18" center in/offset out and am very happy. I also had them do the exhaust out the side deal with a new tip. It is louder under throttle, but very little while cruising.
I also have the Magnaflow Muffler. I didn't notice a huge difference in performance, but now it actually sounds like a V8.
Cost me $250.00 installed with new pipes and a new tip. Worth the money just to get rid of that ugly football shaped thing at the end of the stock pipe. People say that you will get better gas milage, but once you hear the difference in sound, you will be on the throtle more than ever. Hope this helps!
