Yeah that could be possible. The main thing is there would likely be a longer wait time (ie made to order). The other option would be to have a local welder tig the flange on the collector for you. Kind of depends on how fast you need the headers.

I'd like to order a set, but I have been looking around here for somebody to install them. Nobody wants to touch headers around here nowadays it seems like.
I wish somebody would sell them with some high flow cats etc already attached to them so I can install them myself and have a muffler shop finish it up.

Also interested. I’ve read through the forums but haven’t found a definitive answer; will we throw codes/not pass emissions with DT headers? If we will have codes pop up what can we do to eliminate them and pass emissions?

picking my 04 runner up from the shop in the morning.. most places won't touch the manifold job. my mechanic Justin took on the task, he removed the toyota exhaust, welded cats to the doug thorley headers and installed the Gibson Cat back. we took the truck to an exhaust shop to make some repairs to the y-pipe (flanges were shot, cut and replaced)and flange up the output sides of the cat... i don't know how to post up pictures, i have them of the welded up new header-cats
