'05 4Runner Rear Brake Rattle

A few weeks ago the back-end of my car ('05 4runner) slide into a river. After an hour, a tow truck pulled her out. Only my back axle and tires were submerged, the front-end of the car was still on solid ground, and the water reached right before the trunk.

Last week, I switched a rear-end tire for maintenance, and a few days after that, whenever I apply my brakes, the rear tires make a rattling/clanking noise. It gets dangerously worse the faster I go... you can hear it outside the car for a few feet around.

I've looked up "fixes"... perhaps it's the brakes, perhaps its the caliper pin, someone even recommended that the Diff. Fluid was causing it (and it could). What I'm asking for is, help. Definitive help and advice.

Out of all the fixes and videos I found they never included what noise peaked their interested, so I don't know if that's the same noise I have. I'll include a video of the noise below, and hopefully, I can save the hassle of trial-and-error testing each solution and get straight to the issue. Thank you for your time.

Lift up the back and spin the wheels. See if it's coming from the hubs or diff. My diff failed when I overtightened the pinion bolt and it clicked heavily and felt like a dragging feel.

Check your brake caliper bracket.

I had the exact same noises going on recently -- a "clanhk" noise anytime I tapped the brakes. Turns out that one of the caliper bracket bolts had fallen out, and the other was loose. Could have been mighty tragic if I didn't catch it.
