'05 Sr5 - New Tire Question

I have a stock SR5, V-6 with cross terrains on it. I will need new tires before winter. Stock size is 265/70/16. I'm considering a 265/75/16. Will they fit?

I think it is just shy of 1" diameter increase but I wanted to see if anyone has already put this size on a 16" rim before I buy them.

I don't have 16's but the 265/75 will fit with no issues.
