Feel free to meld this thread with the one in the Audio folder, but I figured few folks peruse there and might want to know it's easy to get bluetooth integrated into 4G4R's. I bought a T1808 on eBay for cheap, Blu Logic for '08-'09 4Runners for $185 shipped also from the bay, and an iPod cable from a website called "eBay.com." The iPod still works great with steering wheel controls, and music pauses during a call and resumes after the call is complete. I used the following instructions (but skipped a few steps that seemed unnecessary) and it was straight forward.
