05 TACO CAI on 4Runner??

Well I think I have abandoned building a custom CAI for now..

But I came across this on ebay CAI

It says it is for an 05-06 Tacoma 4.0L v6, but correct me if I'm wrong don't both the Taco and 4Runner
both have the 4.0L v6 (1GR-FE) engine?? So wouldn't this fit on my 4Runner?
If not can it fit with some simple mods, or should I not waste my time?

Just based on K&N website, they are different; the Taco 4.0L has a 77-9025KP CAI and the 4Runner has a 77-9023KP CAI.
