05 window visor and back seat window button

I just bought a 05 4runner and i need to get a new driver window visor as mine seems to have a bad spring or something because it wont stay snug against the ceiling in my 4runner but stays about 1 inch low so its blocking my view a little.

also the back window power window button is missing in the back, the motor works but i need the new button to replace the missing one.. where could i get that?

i also need i think the front cup holder tray that goes in the front, i seem to be missing mine, where would i get that?

These parts are all available at the dealer. You can get a certain amount off by going to the manufacturers website nearest your location , look up the parts and you will see the "manufacturers price" listed and there is also a column titled "your price" which is discounted. I just print out the page and take it to the dealer. Once they see the printed page they never argue about giving me the discount. There is also the wrecking yard route. Good luck! :cheers:

Are you certain there was ever a window button there? My machine is a 2004 and it doesn't have one. The only control I know of to control that window that is near the window is a key switch on the outside. Is this what you are missing?

yeah there is a black button/knob/switch what ever you call it on the left side behind the drivers seat for the back seat. on the passanger side though there is a hole where the button is to be so the back seat passenger cant roll the window down or up as there is no button to push on that side, just a hole.. im guessing the button fell inside the door or maybe broke off, i havent gone to the dealer yet to order one

No button there

There are only two ways to control the back window

1. Button in the front under the center air vent
2. By key under the rearwindow wiper.


I think the "hole" youre talking about is where the rear pull shade goes. there should be one on the other side.
