I have an 05, and will be replacing the chrome grille with a white grille. I was thinking of getting the newer 06-09 style grille for it, but was unsure if it would bolt on w no other mods. I know the headlights, and lower filler piece are different on the newer runners. I believe the hood is the same though. Not sure about the bumper being the same shape, or the mechanisms behind the grille matching up. I'm expecting it will fit. Anyone got a quick answer... hopefully from experience? Did a search, but didn't find the answer. Thanks much.

no, there are extra pieces you need.

Concur. I did that mod, and it was a huge PITA. It required cutting, both the grill, and the bumper.

Dont know if he had to cut the grille. He's also on here so pm him and ask. Looks like you need to replace the trim piece below the head lights.
