'06 4-Runner speaker "misfit"??

So I go to Best Buy the other day to get a pair of Infinity 6022i
6 1/2 2-way speakers installed. The guy proceeds to call me after dropping the 4-Runner off and says that the speakers will only fit in the rear...NOT in the front. After doing some research on this site, etc, it looks as if he was wrong Also, what are some good tweeters to buy? Help me out guys...

The front door speakers are normally 6x9 ovals . To make a 6.5 round speaker fit you will need a special adapter. I see these on Ebay all the time. Not sure which way to steer you on the tweets.
