'06 4R Install Ipod cable

I read on http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=249949&referrerid=201184 about the use of the Eclipse ipc-107p for Ipod connection in the 4 runner.

I have an '06 sport edition with the standard CD player version.

Has anyone done this than can describe how to access and make the connections?
